Tom - In answer to your question, yes absolutely, the DASDEC is fully FCC Part 11 certified. Our FCC EAS certification information is in some of our literature at our website.

For what its worth, I will be speaking later this week at a Federal Bar Communications Association luncheon, hosted by the NAB. The relevant responsible parties from both Federal agencies are also slated to be speaking at the round table. It should be lively to say the least.

>The real problem for those of us who actually believed that

>Important question, to Harold Price and Ed Czarnicki: Do
>your new devices meet the certification requirements under

>If not, I would suggest a joint visit to the Portals by you
>and the NAB to suggest that the Commission grant a blanket

>Followed by a visit to FEMA to have the area around 445 12th
>St. SW declared a "disaster zone."
