Even if the BWWG is a small group, i'd imagine it'd have more
information than any committee the feds could come up with. :)
My apologies for the lobbyist thing. ;)
Lobbyists can throw money at politicians all day long (i can think of
a few broadcast companies who'd love to sway things in their direction
with more money than god for lobbyists, but none for actual content),
but i believe that the BWWG would not be swayed nearly as easily, if
at all.
Unfortunately for this to work, everyone is invited into the room, as
everyone needs a voice. Even the ones nobody wants there.

The advisory committee that would be created by this bill would also be open and inclusive (in fact, it may include some people and entities that we'd rather keep out of the room!, but that's an argument for another day). And, for the record, I'm a registered lobbyist too. ;)
