There are dedicated, conscientious people in every industry; and people 
with their heads buried in the sand in every industry.  I don't think any 
people in any particular industry is better or worse.  I'm sure people
can think of similar issues with pointy-haired bosses in broadcasting, 
cable, satellite, telephone, government, etc.  That's why Dilbert is such
a universally popular cartoon.

In order for EAS/CAP/etc to work we need the participation of lots of 
different skills from many different industries.  While its amusing to 
watch the usual suspects bicker over the usual things, it would be better 
to rise above that behaviour.

As always, if you feel any particular EAS participant isn't performing 
according to the FCC rules, you could report them to the FCC for 
investigation.
