[EAS] Cable TV Problems

I've said this before...the cable industry wanted nothing to do with 
EAS, and had to be dragged into it kicking and screaming. I know that 
there are a few cable industry techs on this list, and my comments are 
not directed at them. I'm referring strictly to the MSO owners and top 
management. I think it's safe to say that they will resist any efforts 
to make them update their plants to be able to implement selective 
force-tuning.
