[EAS] F.C.C. Field Inspection, KJLH, Compton/Los Angeles...

I know of no other entity which forwards RWT's other than for the above
reason. Our 9 stations certainly do not and I don't know a single station
here which does.

Forwarding the RWT is optional however. It relieves the station from the
burden of scheduling them. But at the same time, the station will sent as
many as it receives in a week.  Which is bad.
