I suspect the FCC inspector in this case could use a bit more training on EAS procedures.... Which brings up a thought - The SECC's and LECC's should be reaching out to the FCC's local offices and offering to do just that. BTW - Washington has had a member of the Seattle office of the FCC on its SECC since day-one. Clay Freinwald
