[EAS] Repeating the original question..

I  have posed this question to the FCC on the link on their EAS page. If I get an answer, I'll let you know. I believe others may have asked about this as well -- stating that if we are trying to smoke out PEP coverage issues, we need to know the geo coordinates of where the off air receivers are.
