Which is why do they want the coordinates on Form 1? 
Transmitter coordinates are, for the most part, irrelevant
and misleading information for any kind of "debugging" or
debriefing post-November 9. 

I am not particularly worried about "broadcasters seen to be
uncooperative" because it's the Commission that is dragging
their collective feet on getting rules out for CAP. Besides,
"cooperation" lately seems to mean "when we say jump the
only acceptable answer is how high?"

If they won't tell us why they want what they want, leaves
me to believe either:

A: the simplest explanation, that they simply don't have a
clue as to what they need; or

B: more in line with the rest of official Washington
nowadays, that they don't think we deserve an explanation
since they know better than us peons.
