[EAS] Single point entry of CAP messages

I think you misunderstood or I wasn't clear--what I was getting at was a 
dedicated connection from our DASDEC *to the internet*, as opposed to 
connecting to the internet via the corporate WAN or a broadband 
connection shared with the newsroom and other departments. In other 
words, possibly a separate DSL connection for the DASDEC and nothing 
else. That's the question we're looking at. I'm not questioning the use 
of the internet for CAP distribution...at least, not now...
