[EAS] Single point entry of CAP messages

Alan,

Care to share some of your ideas on the corporate WAN? I'm a state
university with similar issues. My real only recourse was to get a
"segregated" IP from the university that doesn't touch anything
internally, which means i have to use a USB printer or something of
the like since i cannot network print being off in this "DMZ" of
sorts.

I'd like to put it on my local LAN internally, but the university is
skittish about allowing a linux box (essentially) sit there in the
wild.
