Right on Tom !

1 - Redundancy, and perhaps Tridundancy is a very good thing.

2-  If other systems are dropped - it's shame on us.  (Another 
good reason to have an ACTIVE SECC and LECC that is 
comprised of all the stakeholders in an area.   The Cooperatives
can really make things happen (Been proving that here for close
to 15 years).
