[EAS] General Question: Can't it be a software solution?

The Gorman Redlich box can be software upgraded for new
codes--for me that's a 45 minute drive over to Athens. Even
with current filtering, NWS can generate several feet of
paper when weather is active. Nuisance, but not a big
problem--we just rip them off the printer & stick them in a
file. Besides--don't need another computer to worry about,
have too many scattered around right now.
