I had a some questions for Sage and thought I would pass along the answers from Harold Price at Sage Alerting Systems:
 
1. We have an old Sage 1822 with RC-1 remote. Will the RC-1 work with the New Sage 3644?
 
Yes.  Accessory power isn't present on COM-2, but you can use any of the other serial ports.
 
2. Is the EndecsetD software program for the 3644 included or additional cost?
 
Included.
 
3. If we have an HD and 2 SD programs on our digital TV can the Sage 3644 connect to 3 CG's?  Two would be Brandnet the third would be Codi.
 
Yes.
