Wel, the FCC hired a distinguished scholar in residence who thinks it's
important to speed the demise of broadcasting by adding to paperwork,
reducing profit, so they can sell it off.

And I spent months calling FCC people, FEMA people, state chairs,
etc., trying to find out what we should do when one of our LP1
listening assignments went away (TV) and whether we could, or should
monitor the (DT) replacement, and everyone passed the buck, and no one
wanted to answer the question.
All I want to know is what CAP do I monitor, and what do I need to do to
participate?? Or should I continue with a 20 year old state plan???
