Barry makes the very valid point in a different way than I did that those inside the Beltway apparently have little concern for how the world really works in the real world of local broadcasting.
Put another way, much of what the FCC has been doing lately may be in violation of the Paperwork Reduction Act, and is clearly in violation of the Overworked Local Broadcaster Act. The latter act is one of my own invention, but I think you all get the point.
