Just went through my newest TFT.  It had the option of 000000, and I added
011001 for Washington D.C. and it gave me the option of adding 011000 for
all of D.C.   I thought Washington city was all of D.C.!
        Hopefully my New Sage units will be in before I have to test it, but
I'll have the old units set up anyway as a backup.
