[EAS] EAS on Internet Streams

Sorry if my response was misunderstood.
Of course I want the maximun number of people possible to receive all emergency alerts. In more ways than just emergency alerts a fully informed public is always best for everyone.
I was just trying to remind those (including myself) who are lucky enough to turn on their computer and click on IE (or firefox, or whatever) and have instant high speed access that there are lots of folks scattered around this good country that don't have that, and maybe never will.
