[EAS] My posting re: a Radio world article on the EAS Forum

A recent posting on the Radio World site by a Dr. Marian Mustoe, Ph.D, talks about shortcomings of the EAS, but contains some inaccuracies and misinformation that need to be corrected for the record. My point: We all need to be working from correct information and premises as we improve the EAS.  I just posted my take on her article on the EAS Forum website:
