[EAS] My posting re: a Radio world article on the EAS Forum

The Radio World article gives an immediate clue that Dr. Mustoe knows 
little about EAS.  The open line says he was listening to NOAA 
Weather Radio to hear the national test.  It is widely known that NWS 
has no equipment to relay an EAN.  By the way, Mustoe is male and 
your response refers to him as "she."
