Hi, Al:

Thanks for offering word that this important detail is being addressed. 

When that was written I had not seen the recent posting by Herb White that seemed to indicate a path whereby this concern will be addressed.

Your point that "because something requires care, such as including NWS warning products, that it will not come to pass" is well taken. IPAWS has certainly come a long way since it was originally envisioned as just a federal level warning system.

The goal of the Petition that we filed was to get a number of issues on the record that were not specifically mentioned in the NAB/NASBA Petition. 

Maybe FCC will take these points and incorporate them in their own certification program that will assure us that all CAP warning sources will "play nice" together, including NWS.
