They were also happy w/ the quality at 19k and would be tickled if they could get a reliable connection at that speed.

We have a conference call w/ an acct rep this afternoon.  After reading thru her proposal a few minutes ago, I see the word "Uverse" used several times even though we specifically requested a single line.

I will throw "modem grade" in at every chance.
