No kidding.  If I'm not mistaken (been about 10 years since I've had to deal with these boxes), they were a non-standard size too.  I ended up ordering a dozen or so of the jacks from Comrex since they only seemed to last for 6 months or so.  Think I still have a few of them somewhere.
