Hi again,

I am full of odd ball questions this week.

I have a client with 3 Comrex POTS Blue Boxes that have become unusable in the past year or so due to constant retrains.  1 of the BB's is at the main studio.  1 is stationed at a remote studio for a daily show and as far as I know, it is on ATT and there were no changes to that studios main px service.  The 3rd BB bounces around between stadiums, etc for ball games and events.  The various stadiums have various phone providers from ATT to small local telco's.

In this time frame, they changed the studio to ComCast dialtone but no one can decide whether there was a correlation between the two.

I can't help but think that the change to Comcast is related but they swear that another nearby station who shares programming using the same 2 remote BB's (but their own BB) has the same retraining problem on copper ATT lines.

Comrex has recommended flushing the BB's.  I have tried to talk studio folks thru doing that AND connecting to Comrex's test lines but gave up after several wasted minutes.

Anyone had success running a BB thru a Comcast voip line?  Other thoughts?
