JP:  Yes, indeed.  You notice it isn't specified as MegaHertz, which doesn't apply. Heinrich Hertz had nothing to do with it.

I figured out how Doc. Einstein arrived at that equation.  He did it with dimensional units and worked backwards -- just like we learned in high school physics and later in engineering school.  When in doubt, set up the problem in dimensional units, read the constants off your palm during the exam and -- presto! -- test passed.
