I had a client with a set of BB's that had a lot of connection, speed and
dropout issues when the studio end was connected thru the Univ telephone
switch. We connected to a FAX line which was POTS to the Central Office and
the reliability increased dramatically. The remaining issue was the line at
different venues, out of our control. Some went thru a switch, some not. The
BB's need a clean POTS line. I doubt they would work reliably with VoIP.
