Agreed.  That's why we have three IPumps for a single station. Two sit at
the studio (main/aux programmed identically) and a third at a TX site
(programmed identically) as a back-up for this reason. The HD's go toes up
in them with some regularity. I want to say we change at least one a year.
 The others, not a one.

You do need a 30" deep rack at minumum to install them and keep wires safe.

HAH on needing to receive OTA on stations. I can give them back-feed from
the TX, but not OTA. This will be an issue for anyone in a dense urban
rental situation where OTA is often not practical if possible at all.
