[BC] WestwoodOne changing to Wegener receivers

Not happy about any change-over to Wegener as at least the MAX can be
automated by local control and not depend upon a NOC scheduler. The Wegener
iPump supports only two audio channel players and provides zero user control
and no program flexibility. And the damn 1 RU makes them run hot and
provides insufficient room for fan-out adapters for cue closures etc. They
are also insisting upon activation of the built-in FM/AM tuners for some
services so they can automate affidavit generation by listening for audio
watermarks via your OTA signal. This would be fine except it means you need
to add an outdoor antenna and RF distribution for each receiver. And again,
the F connector gets buried if you use a BCT DB fan-out adapter. Sigh! Also
I've experienced zero failures with the MAX receivers but have had two
Wegener iPumps go belly up on me. I run a total of eleven satellite
receivers in one rack for one of my clusters.

It was a matter of time...with WWOne having control now of three platforms,
I figured one would soon go away, and MAX would be the odd man out.
