Hi Shane,

I agree.  there may have been some politics and licensing issues too besides
the OTA monitoring option built into the Wegener boxes.  WW1's uplinks are
most likely not XDS friendly and would be an added expense for them to
modify.  Except for an occasional fan failure my XDS receivers have been
very reliable and the NOC scheduler software has always been solid.
