[BC] Need audio delay buffer

If the BMD Intensity Pro card also handles the audio I/O then it'll be 
designed to keep everything in sync.  If, on the other hand, it is only 
capturing video and you are using a separate sound card, PC motherboard or 
other, then all bets are off.  Both processes could easily drift apart as 
they'll be running off of different crystals as well as responding to 
different CPU and virtual OS interrupts.

We're using the IntensityPro card in a beefy PC.  We're inputting 1920 x 
1080i 60Hz video with separate analog audio.
