[BC] Need audio delay buffer

All well and good but it seems to me that this is a known BME issue, I would at least measure the audio delay and if or how much it varies before spending more money on something that may or may not work.  Also, you are generating some pretty big files, you might want to break them into chunks.  

First I would embed the audio in the SDI stream before the HDMI conversion. If that works, you are done.

If not I would dump the Black Magic card and the HDMI converter and go SDI into a Matrox unIt that does H.264 hardware conversion taking the load off the PC and creating much smaller files. There are many h.264 to MP2 software converters. I would have that convert directly to a mounted USB drive or if the TV station will accept it just burn a BluRay.
