Act of God maybe?  Oh that would cover everything, now wouldn't it?  Of
course an insurance company would argue that an act of man is not an act of
God.  Maybe they are atheists.

The client had the property insured, and one of the covered losses was "Acts
of Nature".  The adjuster stated that lightning would be covered, but mice
weren't.
