[BC] Need AC Line Noise Suppressor

I believe he meant a variable autotransformer (Variac) to vary the voltage
to the lights. I worked at a station that used them. Expensive, yes. But
they do not generate any noise like SCR/Triac dimmers do. An isolation
transformer will not eliminate the noise.
