When I managed a standalone AM station one of my account executives told me
one of her clients didn't renew because although people came to the store
not everyone made a purchase.
I visited the client and told the owner that by his own admission the
station did its job. We brought potential customers to his door. That is
where our responsibility ends. How you arrange your merchandise, what
pricing and terms you offer are up to you, not us. He did end up renewing.
Our purpose is to deliver to you the customers. After that, it's up to you.
