I had quite the Red Carpet experience by comparison: passed my First Phone during my junior year in high school on a field trip to the FCC New York City field office on Varick Street.  Why would my school mount a field trip to such an "unusual" place?  Easy: WVPH Piscataway, 90.3 FM, "The Voice of Piscataway High".  All blazing 10 watts of it.

It was a pretty cool club to belong to...  :)
