[BC] SBE Life Membership Changes

My interviews were the opposite. The hiring managers recognized the 
certifications and and knew about them and the SBE. I don't disagree 
with the mission focus. But they're wearing blinders if the mere 
assertion about keeping a station on the air is the sole qualifier.
