        According to one source, over 10% of AMs are
        now using FM translators.

        Can that many AMs be unable to cover their CoL?
        Or is this the abuse that comes with every one
        of the FCC's quick solutions (that is "quick" in 
        bureaucrat years, which are, as everyone knows
        twice as long as dog years)?
