[BC] Tower rent question

Blaine:  

Either it's an 'inside job' with a conflict of interest, or somebody's
yanking somebody else's' chain.  Or they're spending their rich uncle's
inheritance and don't care where the money goes.  Or some tie-in with
cocaine being snorted by one of the principals with a kickback scheme.  I've
seen all of the above.

year (-$20,000).  Not sure how they covered that loss, and I note the
percentage increase in >tower rent is rather lofty.
