Some simple things that cause this are..

The power set has dropped to zero..  after turning it on be sure to 
press and hold power raise for 10- 15 seconds, look for signs of life..

There is a toggle switch in the drawer down near the bottom (I think 
second card up) towards the front near the center of the card. It gets 
noisy, exercise it and see if you get a response..
