I would tend to suggest - although it would
be best to ask someone at the PSHSB - that
this is sufficient, based on the actions of
a local consolidator.
they apparently use one encoder for multiple
stations .. and the "sent by" is the corporate name
rather than a set of call letters. If there is an
"entity" that owns the transmitter, for example,
in common, that should work.
If there is a single owner and a usage agreement,
I would believe the PSHSB would say it is OK, or
at the least, grant a wavier on holding multiple EAS receivers...
As usual, as they say, I don't even play a lawyer on TV,
so my advice to be 100% is ask someone.
