Here, it seems like every little cloud that generates a Lightning Strike is a "Severe Thunderstorm" that sets off the Alarm every time it crosses the County Lines, and as it expires in one county and extends in another. Some afternoons it seems like we may as well pot up the Weather Radio and not even bother with the normal Programming.
