 That's always been my experience as well.

 In fact, the only write-up I've ever gotten, was for tower paint,
 and I asked for it, literally.

 The RI said they need to be painted, and I said that unless he
 wrote it up, it probably wouldn't happen. ( through a smile )
 He smiled back, and wrote it up.
 Asked me if he needed to write up anything else.
 I said no, I didn't think anything else would be necessary.
 Got 'em painted, but it still took an argument.
 Go figure.

 I'd always heard rumors of nasty, vicious inspectors, but I've
 never had that experience myself.
