And please understand that this is just me but... upconverting an old 
analogue plant to digital is like getting a new FM license and 
simulcasting your AM signal using a consumer receiver.  Yea, you'll be 
on but Muskeegon is a VERY competitive market and trying to compete as 
an also-ran will struggle to succeed.  That is a lot of money for that 
market.  I payed $600,000 for a Class A in Orlando with a 1.5M pop.
