Towerstream is nothing like Clear. I have them both. Towerstream has full T1
bandwidth and then some, Clear's is all over the place. Towerstream has pings
in the  10 ms range, Clear typically are ten times that. Towerstream  has 24/7
proactive monitoring, an SLA (99.99%), no blocked ports and 5 static IPs. The
two could not be more different.

Dana,

Towerstream is a WiMAX provider, same as someone like Clear(wire).
Nothing special about them, why pay them for the service when you can
do it yourself and have full control over the link? 3.65Ghz is a
simple license process anyone can do.
