[BC] Obit: Bill Hoyt, FM transmitter designer at Gates Radio

I had the pleasure in working with Bill when I was in Harris/Gates field service department. I could call him day or night with the very hard questions while in the field working on many of Bill's inventions. He did the first all solid state FM exciter (TE-1).  

What great fun!

Bill will be missed by many.
