Anyone familiar with the Droid X2 or similar models?

This one will not hold a strong wifi signal if it even connects to the wifi at all. Then it drops the Wifi and back to the 3G Service.

i was told the Wifi is dropped because of something like how the phone is set up to see 3G service and i need to disable the 3G service. I don't have unlimited data on my phone, and the speeds are only 320k down/120k up anyways. I have a 16 meg down/2 meg up internet service i want to use via Wifi when Im at home.

What do I do? How can I turn off 3G service?
