[BC] Digital Radio in England

When I was in the UK a couple of years back, our rental car had digital (as
well as MW, FM, and Long Wave, of course). It clearly was a superior sound.
And, in so far as I can tell, much better than IBOC.  Like all new services,
though, it was still not available in many areas since it was still in the
roll out phase.
