The source of my original message about digital radio in England is 
(was??) clearly not poor. He has just completed an authentic restoration 
of his house, part of which dates back to 1492. It must have cost a 
bundle. Replaced lots of oak beams, etc.

I forget how much our two countries are separated by a "common" language 
as well as by an ocean.
