[BC] Ground system

I have a 140 foot rohn 45 in the backyard.
I could construct an eighty meter ( 132 foot ) dipole / folded dipole  
/ skirt / whatever along side the tower maybe 3-6 feet away.

Not sure what a grounded 140 foot tower would do, but the guy wires  
are broken up.

If, like someone suggested, the ground would be an end effect, then several
yagis on top should balance everything up.  A summer project.

What if the tower is one side of the folded dipole / shorted at both  
ends and fed from the center of the other wire ?

60 foot skirt/ decoupler ?
