Ahhh...near 100% eh?  (GR)

If you re-read my post, I capitalized the reference to the formal FCC
compulsory version and left the generic lower case to distinguish the
difference. FWIW, my daily transmitter monitoring document is referred to
as an inpsection template which the staff fills in data. While I'm sure
some $400/hr lawyer could likely conjure up some synomatic linking, I too
avoid the term "log" in anything not FCC mandated to be referred to as
such.

Never the less, the template is structured in such a manner it could be
used as an object of evidence in a proceeding (signature, date, time {as
needed} data entry). But it's still not referred to as a log anywhere.
