I've thrown at them.

strange HP story

I called and ordered a printer cable for a color LaserJet (that 50-pin mini-Centronics or
whatever its called)

They told me 4 week, which was no problem

16 weeks later it arrives

3 months after that, they call to tell me my CC was declined, so they couldn't ship it

I asked the guy why, if it was declined, was I using the cable they sent 3 months ago

a true 'Emily Littella minute'

'never mind!'
